The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood area with plenty of security and cameras.

Must be happy to live with a child (not a baby or toddler) and willing to have CRB check.

Room is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe (does not come with shoe rack, chest of drawers or TV). The room was freshly decorated last year.

Shared kitchen and main bathroom; however there are 2 toilets in the property.

Huge back garden and front garden for smokers.

Plenty of free parking in front of property if you own a car.

Slade green station is 6 minute walk from the house. 3 minutes in the car

Erith station is a 15/20 minute walk and a 5 minute drive. London is 40 minutes on the train.

Erith and Bexleyheath town centres 5-10 minute drive. 15 minute bus journey

Local GP 10 minute walk. A wide variety of local shops, corner shops, petrol station and well known super markets.

3 local gyms both 10 minutes away in a car or 20 minute walk.

Bluewater is a 15 minute car journey.
