Modern, nicely decorated flat share available in Erith (Slade Green) less than 10 minutes walk from the Slade Green train Station (Zone 6) to get to central London in 40 minutes. The Elizabeth line is only 5 minutes from Slade Green station making this time much shorter!

Quiet building and street. Very rare to hear anyone else’s music. The neighbours are all very respectful.

Smart home enabled devices in all rooms, including lighting, heating and blinds - all controlled through Siri. Use your voice to control them all on your personal HomePod mini also provided in the room.

Fully furnished, king sized bed with a 4K 43” TV on the wall. Very large wardrobe with lights, large chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables and under bed storage!

Portable air conditioning units available for the summer months.

Parking
A car parking space is available at the property with good availability for visitor parking too. Secure motorcycle parking also available.

Hi I’m Max. I’m 35 and currently working in the IT department at a school. I go to the gym lifting weights most mornings and enjoy walking.
I have a motorcycle which I love to ride and maintain.
I am out most weekends visiting friends so the flat is normally empty at this time.
I enjoy quiet nights in watching TV or socialising with my friends on the PlayStation which I’m happy to share.
I love music and as my neighbours will probably vouch, I also love to sing - not that I’m any good. Don’t worry, I’ll save that for when you’re not there!
