The room offers privacy with its own entrance through a side gate and access to the garden for your convenience. You will share a fully equipped kitchen and benefit from a large driveway with space for an additional car. Please note that the Landlord will furnish the room.

Our home is located in Slade Green, just an 8-minute walk from Slade Green station which connects you to parts of London and beyond, with quick access to buses 89, 99, and 428, all within 2 minutes walk.

The current household consists of a couple and their two teenage children, and we are looking for a female tenant. You’ll enjoy a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere while also having your own private space.
