I have a double room to let in downstairs flat with a small kitchen and a lounge and a garden. Tenants should have had lived in shared accommodation before and must be willing to chip in with cleaning and buying everyday essentials for the flat. Personal hygiene and cleanliness is a must. The room is also available to rent from Monday night to Friday morning at a cheaper rate. It's a 15 minute walk to either Abbey wood Train and Tube station or a 4 minute bus ride
