A spacious double bedroom is available to rent in a charming two-bedroom house, conveniently located just a 15 minutes walk from Slade Green Station (Zone 6) and a 20 minutes walk from Erith Station (Zone 6). Both stations offer direct trains to London Bridge and Abbey Wood Station is just an 8-minute train ride away, providing access to the Elizabeth Line for fast connections into central London. The area is also well served by local bus routes.

You will have a double room with a large cupboard, chest of drawers and a small desk. The house features a garden, designated parking, a spacious living room, a conservatory, a fully equipped kitchen, two toilets and one bathroom. You will be sharing the kitchen, living room and bathroom with me.

I'm a professional who works from home frequently and would ideally like to share my home with another professional. I'm looking for someone who is friendly, clean, tidy, respectful and takes pride in keeping the home well looked after.
