I am a live in landlord of a 3 bedroom house. I occupy 1 room and am looking to rent out the second room. The third room is a dressing room with wardrobes which will be shared. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room. Big garden and spacious driveway. Although it is listed under Erith, it is actually Northumberland Heath. The nearest station is Barnehurst and it takes me 10 mins to walk there. Only 30 mins by train to London. All bills included, £400 a month, fully furnished.
