I’m looking for a female tenant.

I have a en-suite double bedroom available in a two bedroom, first floor flat. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and substantial storage space. You will have access to your own bathroom.
You will have access to a fully furnished living space, with a flat screen TV with a sky package. The kitchen is also fully fitted and you will have your own cupboard space.

You're at a 10 minute distance from the town centre where you can find all local amenities. Train connections into Central London is also a 10 minute distance from the flat; Oyster cards can be used.

The rent will be £700 and is inclusive of all bills including:
Sky broadband and TV package
Council Tax
Electricity/ gas and water rates

There will be a requirement of a full months rent as a deposit and character references must be provided.

I am looking for someone reliable and who will respect their living space.
