Two bathrooms (one shower room, one bathroom, upstairs and downstairs).

Nearest train stations are Swanley, Eynsford and Farningham Road. Infrequent buses are available and own transport is advisable. Parking is available on road and plenty of spaces are available.

Lovely area within walking distance of many pubs, restaurants, and country walks.

Reference checks to be passed at a cost of £26. If you need a guarantor, fee is £52 for both parties checks. Both non-refundable.

Cleaning costs per month (approx. £50 in addition) to be paid separately for maintaining housekeeping of communal towels and bath mats etc, all kitchen towels, toilet rolls and cleaning provisions. Also includes cleaners who clean your room and change your bed every week (you process the washing of bed linen).
