A double room and a double en-suite room in a beautiful period property a stone’s throw from the station and the market. Both rooms are on the first floor and one has its own en suite with bath, walk in shower, sink and toilet. The other has a downstairs shower/ toilet in a shared utility room. Photos are out of date.

The double. En-suite room is £700 pcm. We can negotiate contributions to bills/ gardening/appropriate rent reduction. For couples we can negotiate an increase.
I don’t mind how old you are, as long as you’re kind, honest, interested in life, and able to respect my house.
