Railmans Rest

Railmans Airbnb at the back of Newton Road. It has its own entrance and its own garden and conservatory. The building has two other people in it but they have the front entrance property is soundproofed and it is all furnished.
Rias Roman stresses refurbished with very high standard within a Victorian house with French Doors wooden floors in the child lliving room kitchen. The bathroom has new acrylic walls with a walk in rain shower.

The bills are not included, but for one person are around £200. All the bills will be shown to the new Tenant. The gardening is done for free as is the window cleaning.
