Single Furnished Room

Single room in house with two other tenants (both male) , landlords will be present for one or two nights a week. Offered is a single room with use of bathroom and kitchen., and washing machine. Rent includes bills.

There is plenty of ON street parking immediate outside the house, a well stocked village shop about quarter of a mile (5min) walk away, bus route virtually outside the door and trains from Tonbridge and Paddock Wood..

The room will be equipped with a single bed with storage under, a desk/dressing table and a wardrobe and tall shelf unit. High speed Broad band included.

We anre open minded about our next tenant and will do our best to accommodate the right person. Please reply with a description of yourself and why you would make a good tenant.

Sorry for terrible photo, this was taken when my son first got back from Uni and occupied the room. Any seriously interested parties will receive better photos as we are in the process of updating the room and furnishings ready for the new tenant.
