I'm looking for a responsible and mature (in attitude not age) lodger to share our family home. We're located within a short walking distance from Folkestone West station, so would suit a commuter. We're a small busy family who is looking for someone who will be a trusted house mate and reasonably easy going in terms of daily life and social interaction.

This double room has just been renovated to a high standard. it has a shared on the same landing. It looks out over a leafy back garden and is quiet.

Shared kitchen and living available - both recently renovated. Bills included apart from telephone. Wireless high speed internet throughout the house. There are two cats in the home.
