Tesco Express is just up and under the railway bridge and there is a Londis a few doors along.

Outside the property there is parking available with the restriction of 2 hours Mon - Sat.

I am looking for a quiet, respectful tenant to enjoy the property. I don’t want any pot smokers! No couples. The house is a non smoking house.

A large ground floor room with a large garden area has become available from the start of October with its own large private en-suite bathroom. There is 1 other room downstairs with the communal kitchen.

There are 3 rooms located on the upper floor along with the communal utility area.
The room is freshly decorated in a pleasant grey / white colour scheme which is bright and makes the room seem airy, yet warm and cosy. We have recently laid a brand new carpet.
The bathroom has an electric shower / toilet / basin, towel rail and vanity cabinet.

The bedrooms have hard wired internet, usb plug sockets and are fully furnished with a 4’ wide small double bed. There is a double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. Each bedroom comes with blinds and lampshades. All rooms are secured by key codes.

In the kitchen there are 2 fridge freezers, oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, kettle, toaster and brand new dishwasher. There is plenty of cupboard space. There is a dining room table to seat 5 housemates. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, cutlery etc

A weekly cleaner is provided for the communal areas and rooms can also be cleaned at an additional cost to the tenant.

The monthly rent is inclusive of all bills.

The Bedrooms are all good sizes.

Bedroom 1 - Downstairs to the rear of the property with additional corridor / under stairs storage area. This room has garden access and a large en-suite bathroom. The room itself measures 10’11” by 12’10”. **Available**
