Single room available on the second floor with a great view of the hills. The room is furnished with a digital television aerial and wireless internet access.

The house is a spacious, beautiful, Victorian house, where you will feel at home straight away. All the occupants are professional, friendly and considerate.

Each week the communal areas in the house are cleaned for you.

There is a pretty private garden, kitchen with breakfast bar, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, larder fridge and larder freezer. Communal living room with open fire & piano. 2 bathrooms - one with shower and toilet, the other with bath and toilet.

The house is located a few minutes walk from the train station and town centre. Fast bus to Canterbury (with wi-fi on board) every 1/2 hour which stops just around the corner.

Tenants are expected to always leave the communal areas, clear, clean and tidy after themselves..... Tasks like putting out bins, emptying the dishwasher etc are fairly shared.
