The room is located at the top of the house in the attic on the 3rd floor, with private flight of stairs.
Room has double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and 2 sets of drawers. Tenant can bring added furniture to make more homely.
Parking is free after 6pm til 8am, road permit can be purchased with the council.
I will require one months rent in advance plus £250 deposit on date of move in and of proof of I. D
