1 Rooms with Private En-suite Folkestone west End

Hello! We have a lovely double room available for short-term rent, up to 3-4 months, but possibly a little longer. The room is on the top floor of a large house and has a private bathroom.

The kitchen and garden are available for shared use. Please get in touch for more details.

We are a busy family household and would prefer someone who does not work from home, though we are flexible depending on circumstances.

The space is in a beautiful tree lined street in the west end of Folkestone. Access to sandgate is a 20min walk and the same to the beach. There are parks and Morrisons is close by for shopping by walking. Close to both stations and sandgate, we love living here and am sure you will too.

We are a family house and looking for someone fairly quiet who doesn't mind the hustle and bustle of family life. Females preferred please. We also have a red setter dog!
