I have a double bedroom available to rent in a 2 bed terraced house.

The house is a few minutes walk into the harbour or to Folkestone Central train station.

The room is furnished with a bed, desk and bedside table, (although not shown in pictures).

The house is tidy and quiet. It has a bathroom with bath and a separate shower. There is a lounge diner that leads onto the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with white goods. The kitchen opens up into a small conservatory that leads out to the garden.

There is on street-parking at the front of the house.

All bills included in price !

This is a relaxed house to share with only myself and would suit a working professional or student.

I commute and work in London and will be away from the property for 2/3 nights a week.
