Victorian Terraced House

I have one small double bedroom available in a terraced house.

The house is a few minutes walk into the harbour or to Folkestone Central train station.

The house is part furnished (although not shown in pictures).

The house is tidy and quiet. It has a bathroom with bath and a separate shower. There is a lounge diner that leads to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with white goods. The kitchen opens up into a small utility room that leads out to the garden.

There is on street-parking at the front of the house.

This is a cosy house to share that would suit a working professional or student (sharing all communal spaces including the garden).

I commute and work in London and will be away from the property most of the time but will visit occasionally.
