I’m looking for a lodger for my spare room.
Double room, in a big flat. The room is fully furnished with big double bed and double wardrobe and draw space. The flat has shared bathroom with bath and shower, kitchen, and very large lounge/dining room and my home office. There is also a nice balcony off the lounge which is lovely in the summer months.
I moved in only a couple of years ago so still some work to do on the bathroom and kitchen (expect some very kitch 70's tiles!) but the living room is finished now and looking lovely with underfloor heating.
The flat is right in the centre of town, easy walking distance to shops, harbour and about 20min walk from Folkestone Central station. Oh and the sea is literally behind us, takes about 7 - 10 mins to get down on the beach!
You would be sharing with myself, I’m 44 and work in film and TV, I work from home most days and am happy to have someone else that does the same. You will also be sharing with my very lovely and friendly old dog, Ronnie. He is a whippet and loves cuddles.
