Beautiful Top Floor Flat in Central Folkestone

Hi!

I'm moving out of my current flat in Folkestone and need someone to take over my tenancy ASAP up until the end of the lease (mid June )

The place is an amazing top floor apartment right in the centre of town, about 30 seconds walk from the Old High Street and a minutes walk from the Harbour Arm. There's a shared living room/kitchen area with incredibly high ceilings and so much natural light because of the floor to ceiling windows

The room is a spacious double room with an ensuite and an amazing view of Folkestone! On one side you can see the sea over the building tops and on the other side you can see the hills going out towards Dover. The whole place looks amazing at sunrise as the bedroom window faces east

Currently the room has got my furniture in but it'll either be gone when I'm moved out or if you would like to purchase it from me then that could possibly be arranged

In the flat we've got a washing machine, gas hob and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and a fridge/freezer. We dont have a tumble dryer but there's plenty of room in the living room for drying racks

Rent is £550 per month and bills usually go between £150-£200 per month (inc. council tax). As my current housemate is working we would only be looking at people who also work so they can split the council tax :)

You'll be living with my current flatmate Victoria who is a really friendly 25 year old vet. As a house we enjoy a good chat in the kitchen over a cup of tea but also value our own space so someone who wants the same thing would be perfect!

There isnt parking available with the flat I'm afraid but you can apply for parking permits through the council
