The room is a good size with en suite (bath with shower over) and overlooks the front garden.
There is also a back garden for guest use
I have a cat but he lives mainly outside.
Guest to have shared use of kitchen and lounge.
May suit someone looking around for their own home in Folkestone area, university student or weekday worker.
Must be a non smoker and a have a kind and friendly nature.
The owner is an older person, but any age of renter is welcome.
The household is quiet and peaceful and I'm looking for someone who would like that too.
