Single room in beautiful apartment with sea views

Friendly writer (and dog) look to share a beautiful apartment with stunning sea views across the Leas and garden. Would ideally suit someone in Folkestone during the week, though I'm flexible as to whether it would be week or weekends only or 7 days also fine, price to be adjusted. Though the room is single the sitting room with glorious terrace is enormous and my guest would have a shower/toilet for their own use.
