We are looking for a professional individual or couple who will take the largest bedroom and treat our home like their own whilst we’re away for work. There is already a lovely tenant in the house, who will show you the ropes! (Please note: couples will be asked to pay an additional £150 pcm for double occupancy.)

The letting period is between August and November, for anything between one and four months. The bedroom is large; the communal areas spacious; the kitchen well-equipped; and the study on the third floor is ideal for those who work from home.

Folkestone’s beaches and train station are on the doorstep and our little garden is a natural haven in the spring and summer.
