I have a choice of rooms to rent for a single professional non-smoking working female in a three-bedroom house shared only with myself. I am a professional working non-smoking 60-year-old female in folkstone. There is a good size double bedroom with good views or you can choose a good size Single/small double along with a slightly smaller room to use as your own snug or storage. All rooms can be furnished or unfurnished and are bright and airy and well decorated. Clean and tidy throughout. There is also a built-in cupboard for storage There is a bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet. You have sole use of the bathroom in the morning so no rush to shower before work. Otherwise shared only with me rest of the time and cleaned daily. There is a lovely bright living room with virgin media and unlimited internet and a kitchen diner. Comfortable and friendly home from home feel. you have use of the garden with undercover seating area, barbecue and large summer house. There is plenty of parking outside the house which is a no-thru road There are plenty of shops and takeaways, about 15 minutes walk to the train station and town and on a bus route to folkstone Hythe and Canterbury. Royal Victoria hospital is about a 10-minute walk
I am a carer and have a DBS check for your peace of mind. I would appreciate it If you would also have one done at my expense once an agreement is made. I put a 12-month maximum stay but It could be longer depends on my circumstances at the time.
