The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and dinnerware.
The shared bathroom is nice and spacious with a good shower and bath.
The laundry room has a new washing machine and dryer and second toilet.
The efficient new boiler ensures warmth throughout winter and instant hot water.
There is off-street parking which requires a Resident’s Permit from Council.
My other lodger is a considerate young man who works all day and only comes home in the evening.
The room will be available in September.
I am a Journalist and Author who works from home, so I prefer lodgers who are employed full-time and independent, who value their privacy and a quiet life in a peaceful, relaxing home.
