Room in 3 bedroom house for 2 way house share

Hello, I'm Mark. I'm looking for someone to share the house with. The house is already fully furnished so the vacancy will probably suit a person who doesn't own furniture.

The house is located in the East Cliff area of Folkestone about 800 metres from The Harbour and about 800 metres from the Sunny Sands Beach.

The room that's available is the main bedroom of the house and has a super king sized bed in it, plus general furnishings.

The kitchen is fully equipped, I like to cook across a range of cuisines so I like to think it's got most things.

The third bedroom is actually a weights room/office which you would equal rights to to use. There is a big desk and a PC for shared use.

There is a corner sofa and a 55 inch TV in the living room along with a dining table.

The conservatory is generally just used as the treadmill room (it's fold up) but there are probably creative ways to make it more multifunctional.

There is a decked area and a garden.

The house also has a driveway for you to use as I don't have a car.

There is 1gbps full fibre broadband.

I'm definitely looking for someone whose wild drinking and party days are mostly behind them. I'm more of an early to bed and early to rise person these days. I'm very much prioritising good food and exercise along with personal development as my main priorities in life so to find a similar person would be great.
