I am semi-retired and spend quite a bit of time travelling and staying away. The apartment is kept nice and clean. I would like somebody with the same outlook.

The room itself is spacious with a double bed and large fitted wardrobes. There is a large shower room which would be for your exclusive use, nearly all the time. I have a separate bathroom.

The kitchen is very large with a separate utility room with washer and dryer ect. You will have a large separate larder cupboard for your food.

Would suit a mature professional person. No home workers please if possible, but may be able to negotiate on this.

I am very easy going, relaxed and enjoy chatting when the time is right. However I completely respect and understand the need for privacy. Am looking for somebody with the same views.

Broadband is fast and included. Only bills that I would require sharing is a reasonable / fair contribution to electricity bills. To be negotiated.

I am a busy person, with lots of hobbies. I play in a band, I sail yachts, I build race cars and play golf.

I am looking to share my large apartment with the right person.
