Sunlit double room in the centre of Folkestone

I am looking for a flatmate into our bright sunlit spacious new flat.

You will have your own bathroom in a large 2-bed-flat.

There is a spacious shared kitchen with opened space living room. This is fully equipped with a washing machine, new induction hob, and dining space.

We also have a storage room for anything that doesn’t fit in your room.

It is a new flat opposite the Folkestone Cinema and Museum. You are right in the heart of the town. It is on the second floor of the building, allowing great deal of natural sunlight to go in.

You can also request parking in the garage which is additionally £50 per month subject to availability. Or you can get on-street parking permit for £45 per year but also subject to free spaces on the street.

The wifi is additionally £17.5 per month.

The bills usually amount to £105 for council tax and £50 max for bills depending on usage.

I am a very easy going flatmate who likes to have their own space. But if we happen to share dinner, get along, and chit chat, then I am more than happy to spend time in our shared space. I work as a Marketing Manager and I am looking for someone with a calm lifestyle into our chilled calm flat. :)
