The property is a converted rag stone barn full of beams, an open fireplace, a large garden with a summerhouse and pond. I have lived and raised my son's here for the past 21 years whilst renovating the property. The room is newly decorated and re-carpeted with views over the beautiful garden. Close to Country walks, Tesco's, M20, Folkestone West station, the beach, local pubs and shops. I am looking for a professional friendly person who is tidy, easy going and with good personal hygiene. I have a Norwich Terrier who is male, friendly and a year old. My Son's live in London and visit about once a month. The bathroom is new with a fantastic walk in shower. The third bedroom shall be rented in time.
