Large, sunny bedroom in a homely Victorian house

Hi there,

I live in a charming Victorian house & have a big, light & comfortable double bedroom available to let.

Easygoing, considerate & house friendly, working people are welcome, and somebody who is planning to stay for at least six months.

This is a peaceful household & I lead a quiet life.

I am not in a hurry & hoping to find a lodger who would be happy staying here long term.

The bedroom is fully furnished and has a nice. large bay window with plenty of light in the room.

It has a double, very comfortable, orthopedic bed, solid wood wardrobe, bookcase, chest of drawers, large mirror, table with a chair.

Bathroom is large and it has a nice electric shower & bath as a back up.

The house has all mod cons expected in a modern house. Sitting room, kitchen & bathroom are shared.

There is a charming back garden with roses & jasmine with table and chairs that is suitable for relaxation or eating outside in summer time.

If you smoke, you can smoke in the front garden.

The house is very central(8 minutes to town centre) for shops(small Tesco is around corner) and transport(7 minutes walk to train station, 2 minutes to bus stop).

There are some parking places opposite the house & in nearby roads but you will need residents'permit(£35 a year) to park there during day. There are some free parking spots short walk away from the house.

Folkestone Sports Centre with gym & swimming pool is 5 minutes walking distance from the house.
