I am a 48 year old male, Freelance International Tour Manager and EFL Teacher/Manager. I am currently converting the living room into a large double bedroom, which I would now like to put on offer. The Victorian garden flat is in a semi-detached house with only one other resident; she is also my best friend and lives above us. The flat is situated in a sought-after area of Folkestone, a short walk from Folkestone Central station - with a high speed link to London St Pancras.

There is a large, comfortable kitchen/ sitting room, a conservatory, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Yours would be the largest room with sky plus and full privacy assured. The house is on a quiet residential street and parking is available on the road. There is a sunny, private garden.

All bills (inc Council Tax) are included.

I have all mod cons, including Washing Machine, 2 x Fridge/Freezers, Sky TV and Plasma TVs in both the kitchen and the new bedroom (yours), DVD Player, Sound System and wi-fi etc; the house has central heating throughout. Regrettably, I cannot offer en suite but there is a large bathroom with bath/shower not far from the room! You would only share the facility with me as my existing tenant has an en suite.

I'm really looking for a long term let but I am open to offers. Mature students, British or Overseas welcome.

It is a 10 minute walk to the centre of Folkestone and 5 minutes by car to the M20.
I am very friendly, easy going, sociable and I enjoy sharing my home. Comes with one very friendly cat and one happy, hard-working tenant.
