The bathroom is shared with one other person. The bedroom which I am offering has a double bed, chest of draws and Bellboy running rail.

Water, council tax and broadband are included in the rent.

Gas and electricity is shared and paid every quarter.

The house is located few minutes walk from Folkestone West station (57 mins to London) and a 20 minute walk into the town centre. There is a bus stop very close by if you wish to bus into town.
