Large ensuite room in bungalow with sea views

I have a recently refurbished 2 bedroom bungalow (both rooms ensuite) and would like to find a suitable sharer. I have 2 small dogs who adore people so being a dog-lover is essential. Each of us will have an ensuite room with kingsize bed, large wardrobes and other storage. Kitchen, dining room and lounge will be shared. Kitchen has range cooker with gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and separate tumble dryer plus large fridge freezer. The garden has spectacular sea views and is recently re-landscaped. There is a garage but my car doesn't fit in it, if yours does we can discuss possible rental. Parking is on-street, free of charge and plentiful. There is a bus stop outside. I work mixed shifts so am out some days and some nights. We have super-fast broadband and there is a smart tv in the bedroom. The beaches are a short walk away and it is possible to walk into the town centre.
