Short stay room for single person only

The room is on the top floor of my four bedroomed spacious Victorian terraced town house by the sea. PLEASE READ MY AD CAREFULLY BEFORE REPLYING, THANK YOU.

I am looking for kindly animal lovers, as your sharers would be myself, a 'mature' but sociable female, and two small indoor cats. Note that if you are a particular cat lover, there may be opportunity for periodic holiday cat sits in return for 'cashback'/ a discount on the monthly rental fee. This would be ad-hoc though.

The bedroom is one of two at the top of the house, garden facing, with views to the hills behind Folkestone, priced at 600 pcm inclusive. The upstairs floor feels very private, the room is light an airy and there is additional storage in the spare bedroom next door, which doubles as a small sitting room area for the lodger's use if required, although it is frequented by my cats and will remain part of their domain!

Great Location: The property is situated within the Radnor Park area of Folkestone, a particularly pleasant part of town. A few minutes from major bus routes, the mainline station with fast train to London, and a short walk from the historic old town, shopping centre, promenade and beachfront.

Parking is on street, for stays over a month, a permit might be obtainable from the council. Failing that, there is free parking a short walk away.

Shared Amenities: Large family bathroom, second WC,, good sized kitchen, attractive back garden laid to lawn.

Who would you be sharing the communal areas with?
A friendly live-in landlady who works from home, with visits from family from time to time, and two delightful indoor cats. Note - being an animal lover is a pre-requisite.
