Victorian 3 bed, 3 story maisonette.

I have 2 rooms which a future tennant can use. Both rooms are with sash window to rear. Will be newly decorated with new large single bed/sofa bed...? matress and wardrobe. Applicant can choose what suits. I am looking for a clean and tidy person, as I am. I work shifts in London so often not there and out for upto 12 hours a day week days and sometimes away weekends.
