Spacious Single room available in a family home

We are a couple with a daughter and a loving, fun pet (cocker spaniel).

We are looking a family friendly girl who loves to be around a small child (2 yrs +) and a pet, currently working or studying.

I haven't posted pictures here as the room is currently being used as my home office.
The room can easily fit double bed with some space, hoping this might give you an idea of the size of the room.
The room will come with a single bed, bookshelves unit, build-in wardrobe, floor is laminated.
The house is located near foots cray meadow where you can enjoy nature walk and enjoy river cray.
Transport: few mins walk to bus stops to travel to Bexley, Bexleyheath, Sidcup, Swanley, Orpington, New Eltham and onward journey.
