Unusual situation - MUST READ good for couple!

Hello!

I am moving to Dubai at the end of September.

I currently have a three bedroom house. As you can see from the pictures/ videos there is one double room, and another room which has a large mezzanine floor above it which I currently use as a dressing room.

The smaller double room is available immediately including bills for £800 a month. However when I move in September, I am looking for a lodger who is willing to swap rooms with me and take the larger mezzanine room for £1250 and basically have the whole house to themselves. But there are two catches, the small double room will be locked for me as storage and for me to be able to come back and stay around 4/5 times a year (a week at a time) and I would ask my lodgers to care for my cats from end of September to end of December until I am settled in Dubai and bring them over.

The rent would be structured as follows:

From now till end of September - small double - £800 a month including bills

September to December - move to larger room - £1000 a month in order to care for the cats (including all bills except council tax which is £136 a month - but does include gas, electric, broadband, water)

Beginning of January onward - £1250 a month - (including all bills except council tax which is £136 a month - but does include gas, electric, broadband, water)

This is a great opportunity for a couple or a single person to be able to rent a whole house for a much cheaper price. Whilst I will be back and forward maximum will be 5 weeks out of the year spread across 12 months
