Room details: Spacious furnished double cellar room. One wardrobe and 2 chest of drawers and one storage unit. Glass TV stand. Double divan.

Shared kitchen and dining room. Living room excluded. Separate Shower room/utility room and toilet downstairs. I mainly use the family bathroom upstairs so you'll have the shower room and toilet mostly to yourself. Cleaner will be coming twice a month.

Super Fast Fibre Internet access and there is street parking but only with parking permits.

Property is around a 10 minute walk to the high street and Gillingham train station. 15 minute walk to Medway Maritime Hospital. Sainsbury Local is less than a 5 minute walk including some other amenities.

Short term lets will be considered.
