To let: a double room in a spacious, comfortable house, for students at Medway Campus. This room shares a bathroom with one other room.

Single occupancy (no couples, please). The room has a monthly rent of £550.

Female student preferred as the other students are female and have stated this preference.

Available from 1st January (if you need to move earlier/later do get in touch as we might be able to come to an arrangement).

Students only please. Council Tax is not included in the rent as this is a student house, and students do not pay Council Tax. All other bills are included: water, electricity, gas, broadband, and TV licence. The room is furnished with a new double bed, wardrobe, mirror, new desk, desk chair and chest of drawers. All the furniture is in good condition.

The house is less than ten minutes' walk to the Medway campuses of Greenwich, Kent and Canterbury Christchurch universities. The existing tenants are international postgraduate students, friendly, easy going and welcoming. There is a fully furnished kitchen and living room, parking on the driveway and garden. There is also easy access to Asda Gillingham, LIDL and to Gillingham train station: an ideal location for students. The house is at the end of a cul de sac so has no passing traffic and is very quiet.

The newly refurbished kitchen comes with new oven, electric hobs, washing-drier machine, and microwave. There are two fridges and a large freezer. There is ample cupboard space for all tenants.

I am an experienced live out landlord. The house has a current electrical safety certificate and a current gas safety certificate.
