The room is available immediately and can be furnished or unfurnished suiting your preference. The bed you see is new including one mattress and was only used by previous lodger for 3 months.

As the room is very large there is ample space for an armchair/ desk/ living area. I have high speed broadband as well.

This is a very friendly area, a hugely convenient 8min walk to the station, great for commuters, with services to London Victoria, London Bridge, Blackfriars and St Pancras. Shopping is also very easy, just 4mins walk to Sainsbury and 6mins walk to ALDI. The university is just 1.5miles away, an easy bus route or half hour walk. Medway Hospital is 0.7 miles from the house a simple 10-15 mins walk for any student doctors or nurses. If you do have a car, parking is available from the local council at just £30/ annum.

You will also have access to the kitchen, bathroom, both on the ground floor, as is the room, and the garden which is south facing and gets plenty of sun, although I do need to get a gardener in for this summer lol. Living Room is not shared. I have also purchased a new sturdier Canvas wardrobe, which has not been built yet therefore one in the picture is old.
