The house is semi detached and all bills including broadband are included.
You would be sharing with a semi retired English teacher with an excess book problem and two cats, so obviously if cats are a problem then this property is possibly not for you.
Looking for a professional, in the past I've had teachers in training or new to the profession, a trainee doctor and a nursery leader. All good people.
Looking for a short term lodger, 6 months, maximum, possibility to extend. One calendar month's notice required should you move on in your life! It would be preferable if you only needed the room Mon to Fri.
Looking for some one who is able to communicate, noting that this is my home, not a HMO!
