The house is semi detached and all bills including broadband are included.
You would be sharing with a semi retired English teacher with an excess book problem and two cats, so obviously if cats are a problem then this property is possibly not for you.
Looking for a female professional, in the past I've had teachers in training or new to the profession, a trainee doctor and a nursery leader. All good people, I; m still in touch with.
Looking for a short term lodger, 3 months, maximum, possibility to extend. One calendar month's notice required should you move on in your life!
