Riverside view/Pier, a few minutes walk from location.

Flatmate will have access to all areas of the home, however the living room is out of bounds.

There's also a garden at
the rear of the property.

I'm looking for a pleasant individual who is polite and well mannered, preferably a Christian/church goer.

Must be clean and tidy and be respectful to the home environment.
Essentially, the person must feel welcome and at home.
