This recently renovated student house is being let following a full refurbishment, with a brand new fitted kitchen, and new laminate flooring throughout. The kitchen has been designed specifically for students sharing a house, and now features TWO hobs, TWO sinks, and several cupboards and drawers allocated to each room. There are two fridges, a brand new fitted oven, brand new microwave, and brand new washing machine/dryer.

The dining room is sunny and warm, with a large dining table and four chairs, where you can eat and chat over a meal or cup of coffee.

Each en-suite bedroom has a double bed, desk, desk chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The rooms have new laminate flooring throughout, and are full of light and warmth. The upstairs en-suite room also has a bank of fitted wardrobes.

The rent includes weekly cleaning of the kitchen, dining room, corridors and stairs.

The rent also includes electricity and gas, water and broadband (FastFibre). There is parking available on the drive. The house is located on a very quiet street with no through traffic given that it is the last house on a cul de sac. It is 3 minutes' walk to Lidl, 6 minutes' walk to Asda (two large supermarkets) and about 12 minutes from the train station. It is roughly 12-15 minutes' walk to the Medway Campus of the University of Greenwich, the University of Kent and Canterbury Christ Church University.
