We are looking for a lodger to rent our large second bedroom in our home in Hempstead, Gillingham.
The room contains a comfortable double bed, two bedside tables with lamps and plenty of inbuilt storage. You would of course have use of the shared areas of the house and our garden.
We both work Monday to Friday in London and are ideally looking for a young professional who also works full time.
Rent covers all bills including fast fibre internet connection.
