The kitchen has been designed specifically for four people sharing a house, and now features two hobs, two sinks, and several cupboards and drawers allocated to each room. There are two fridges, a brand new fitted oven, brand new microwave, and brand new washing machine/dryer.

The dining room/living room is sunny and warm, with a large dining table and four chairs, where you can eat and chat over a meal or cup of coffee.

The available en-suite bedroom has a double bed, desk, desk chair, and large fitted wardrobe. All the rooms have new laminate flooring throughout, and are full of light and warmth.

It is roughly 12-15 minutes' walk to the Medway Campus of the University of Greenwich, the University of Kent and Canterbury Christ Church University.
