Double room to rent for single occupant

I’m renting my spare room obviously bathroom is sheared also there’s a garden if you wish to use it in the summer , Kitchen is available to cook in , I have a range of utensils to use obviously I cook most nights so a rota will need to be made if you wish to cook if not there’s no a meal going spare, I have two dogs so you must be a dog friendly , I work from home so I will be there most days ,
