This room in a beautiful 2 bedroom flat is up for rent. It comes furnished.
The bathroom will be shared with me. Trust me, I am very clean so no worries about hygiene.
There is a kitchen with a 4 faced hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine. All bills are included in the rent. Short stays are also considered.

I am very clean and I would like someone who is clean and mindful of the personal space of others.
You can move in end of March or early April (flexible, can be discussed). Deposit is £600, rent is £750 and all bills are included.
The area is peaceful and quiet, with good transport links.
