Double room in a shared house with 2 kitchens

Room available in a large house with 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms, separate dining room and separate living room.
You will be sharing a kitchen with a colleague male, as me and my wife have another kitchen.
The house is large and you wouldn't even feel like other people live in the house as there is plenty of space. We are quiet and prefer quiet people, also the male that lives with us is very quiet.

We are looking for a clean working professional that likes a calm environment and appreciate it's own space.
The room will be available from the 1st of June, and only available for one person!
