Fully furnished and will instantly make you feel at home. There is a double bed, open wardrobe with drawers, desk, chair, an arm chair and a closet.

Double Room - £530 per calendar month
Fully furnished and ready for you to make it your home. There is a double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.

Gas, water, electricity, super fast internet and council tax are included.

The ground floor has a dining area with two comfy sofas and dining table and chairs which is ideal for having your meal while chilling in front of the TV.

The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and cooker. There is a separate utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are 2 large fridge/freezer shared between all housemates.

There are 2 communal showers and WCs shared between 4 housemates so there is barely any queuing needed for facilities.

On street parking is available by applying for permit with Medway Council at your own cost. 

A cleaner attends fortnightly to ensure that the communal area of the house is kept in order. There is a low maintenance south facing garden.

All housemates are in employment.
