I’ve got a lovely double room available in a friendly, tidy house share. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table. It gets great natural light and has a cosy, relaxed feel — ideal for someone who wants a peaceful space to come home to.

The house is clean and well looked after, with a modern kitchen (including all the usual appliances), shared bathroom, and fast Wi-Fi. We also have a cleaner who comes regularly to help keep communal areas fresh.

It’s in a quiet, safe area with good transport links, local shops, cafes and parks nearby. Easy access to [insert nearby station, bus route, or city centre].

Rent is £650 per month – and all bills are included, so no surprises there (covers council tax, gas, electric, water, and internet).

Looking for someone who’s easy-going, respectful and tidy — ideally a working professional or mature student. We’re a chilled household and like to keep things drama-free.
