Ideal for a female post graduate or intern student, or on a professional work placement as short stays possible. Non students must be full time working female professionals and NOT remote working from home.
Looking for someone who is respectful , non smoking and happy to follow house rules.
I would prefer a minimum 3 month stay but can be flexible for those requiring a shorter stay. Rates are £20 per night which can be paid as £140 per week, £560 every 4 weeks/28 days or a slight reduction of £605 per calendar month.
Resident Parking is on street via permit.
